Why this startup is betting on AI-powered tech to predict your future
A spiritual technology company called Astroyogi expects to expand as a result of people's good reactions to religion offerings and pujas. It provides tarot card readings, virtual pujas, and hopes to branch out into faithtech and live streaming. Gen Z looks to astrology for direction.
Aditya Kapoor, the COO of Astroyogi, a business that specializes in spiritual technology, anticipates that its growth will double from the previous year due to the positive response to its most recent products in the puja and religious sectors.
Astroyogi offers a variety of services, including online pujas, e-kundalis, raashis, tarot card readings, numerology, astrology, and e-visits, which are virtual tours of temples. It operates with spiritual tech competitors like VAMA, Astrotalk, Paavan, and AppsforBharat.
The business is continuously looking for ways to grow into the live streaming and faithtech industries.
We're making big technological investments to improve our platform. This means modernizing our current technology to guarantee a smooth and up-to-date user experience," said Kapoor. Additionally, in order to increase user engagement, we want to provide more immersive experiences. A key component of our commitment is the integration of AI and ML technologies, which allows us to provide suggestions that are more intelligent."
With the introduction of reasonably priced internet, the increasing use of smartphones, and the growing inclination of Gen Z, or people born in the late 1990s and early 2010s, towards app-based services, the scene has changed from being dominated by telecom service providers providing horoscope services on mobile phones.
According to a poll by Astroyogi, over 55% of Gen Z users go to astrology for love advice. Gen Z makes up almost 60% of all astrologers in cities with significant social media usage.
At the moment, Astroyogi employs more than 5,000 multilingual experts who speak eleven different languages. They provide both online and offline services such as pooja, numerology, reiki, and pranic therapy, as well as vaastu consultations. Kapoor continued, "Astroyogi today stands among the select companies within the Rs 100 crore club."
